Woman Power Laundry Service Pvt Ltd ("WPLS" or "we") provide its content on this website and mobile app (the "Site" and "Site Content") subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms").
We may periodically change the Terms, so please check back from time to time. These Terms were last updated on 22nd November 2017. By accessing and using this Site, you agree to these Terms.
All content and functionality on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons and images and the selection and arrangement thereof is the exclusive property of WPLS or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The trademarks, service marks, designs and logos (collectively, the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site are the Trademarks of WPLS and its licensors. You agree that you will not refer to or attribute any information to WPLS or its licensors in any public medium (e.g. press release, websites) for advertising or promotional purposes, or for the purpose of informing or influencing any third party, and that you will not use or reproduce any Trademark of, or imply any endorsement by or relationship with, WPLS or its licensors.
Laundry Processing Terms & Conditions
We do not guarantee stain removal and are not responsible for any clothing that bleeds, shrinks or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing. It is your responsibility to not mix or give clothes which bleed color as it can spoil other clothes.
Make sure there is nothing left in any of the pockets. We are not responsible for any losses/damages under such circumstances.
If something is very dirty, wet or smelly, do not put it in Laundry, alert the Laundry keeper.
For large loads like bed sheets, quilts, curtains etc., do not mix it with other clothes while washing.
You should ensure to check the prices of our services since they vary by type of clothes and the type of service availed. Once we initiate our service, there is no refund of payment.
All goods remain the property of the company as collateral until the payment for the services are done in full.
We accept limited liability to any damage or lost your goods and will refund maximum 10 times of those particular damaged or missed cloth laundry service charges not entire bill amount or fore go payments for rendered services upon inspection of the damage and ascertaining the root cause. Such settlement will be done only after approval from designated store manager.
All claims must be made within 48 hours after the items are returned and must be accompanied by the original laundry bill. After 48 hours no complaints will be entertained.
In case you are not able to collect your goods (clothes) after our services are complete, we will store them for 30 days and will charge additional storage fee equivalent to 20% of bill amount cumulated on a daily basis.
All payments (inclusive of taxes) are accepted in cash on delivery or completion of services
While we try to meet our indicative delivery timeline, we cannot guarantee the same due to factors beyond our control. No claim entertain such case
All the terms & conditions applicable for walk in customers, order through website customers, order through mobile App customers.
We reserve the right to refuse providing our services to anyone. Without sharing any reason
All legal matters to be settled under Bangalore jurisdiction only.

All content and functionality on the site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
WPLS and its third-party content providers make no warranties, express or implied, as to the ownership, accuracy, or adequacy of the site content. WPLS shall have no liability or responsibility for any information published on linked websites, contained in any user submissions published on the site, or provided by third parties.
Neither WPLS nor its third-party content providers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages or for lost revenues or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages or losses and regardless of the theory of liability.

These Terms and conditions are governed by and shall be constructed in accordance with the Laws of Indian Government.
For cancelling your scheduled pickup, you need to call us and inform atleast before one hour from your scheduled time. Cancellation is not chargable as long as the Rider has not left our station to pickup your garments. Otherwise, the customer may have to pay 50 Rupees as conveyance charges.
in case if you order through our app and paid through online in such case there is no cancellation fees for above two hours from your scheduled pick time to send the the cancellation mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If any cancellation mail received below two hours from your scheduled pick up time Rs 50 /- as conveyance charges applicable.
